The reason for the set up paperwork, the transportation, and all the preparation, of course, is to sell your
product. This piece of our educational series will focus on the buying process, or as we like to call it here at UNFI, Inventory Planning and Replenishment, or IPAR. You will be assigned buyers either nationally (covering all your items) or regionally (covering your items in certain areas of the country). So let’s take a peek behind the curtain and see the method to our madness. If you have questions on who your buyer is or anything related to the buying process, reach out to your Supplier Manager.
