The Deductions team has recently increased staffing resources and improved processes in order to reduce the turnaround time on resolving disputes.
Here are the contacts for the various deduction disputes types:
- East Region – Any deduction disputes other than a payment term dispute should be emailed to email@example.com. Payment terms disputes should be directed to your account representative in Accounts Payable East.
- West Region – Any deduction dispute involving any invoice issue (including terms, shortages, chargebacks, OI discounts taken) should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. All other disputes should be emailed to email@example.com.
