We are excited to announce new features and a new look for carriers on myUNFI. Released on April 24, 2024, as part of our One Experience initiative, we delivered a number of enhancements to the Reschedule feature of myUNFI as well as a new look and feel to the entire platform.

Reschedule Enhancements Include:
- All reschedules can be done in the myUNFI portal without having to email the appointment desk
- Reschedule screen will now be full size and look similar to “Create Appointment”
- Carrier contacts will prepopulate and can now be modified
- Existing POs will be prepopulated in “Selected PO”
- Ability to add additional POs to rescheduling appointment by expanding “Select POs” box
- Ability to remove POs when rescheduling appointment
- Load Type does not prepopulate and can be modified

Additional time slots can be requested using a calendar and clock feature
- User must click “Request New Time Slot” button to ensure the new request goes through accurately.
