HELP! My Carrier Dashboard doesn't load

When you login to myUNFI and select Carrier Appointments application, does your dashboard not load or look blank like this?

This is because your user account is not associated to an active Carrier in our Transportation Management System. This is more common for previous Dock Scheduling users.

 

To correct this, please reach out to your company Admin, if available, or a UNFI Master Scheduler to reassign your login to the correct Carrier Company.
